💸 Salary / Income: £120,000.

💰 Net worth (what you own vs what you owe, or your assets minus your debts): £1,200,000.

💻 Any side hustles: Voice over work, eBay antiques.

👛 Savings: Annual ISA..pension if poss to the annual max.

🏠 Home: Yes m1m value with 60% loan.

🔦 Debt: No debt except mortgage.

📈 Investing: Unregulated loans to property businesses.
